HHG opened its first branch in Georgia, it grew bigger and expanded to 12 other countries and the latest branch was in SAUDI ARABIA. In fact, it is known that OTI ESTATE is the strongest partner in real estate according to the success achieved in all the counties it is working in. There are many future plans for the company, which are bigger and wider than the ones already achieved. We won’t limit the investments only locally but we intend to expand its branches worldwide and open branches all around the world to attract more investors. We believe that HHG is a clear example of whatever the progress looks like in real estate.

OTIESTATE Saudi Branch Opening
After the huge success acquired by HHG in Georgia, OTI ESTATE expanded its braches to SAUDI ARABIA and opened its first and official branch in Al-Riyadh. HHG has been working on this project for years ever since OTI ESTATE started having massive successes in business and real estate in Georgia. Before deciding opening a new branch at a new location we made sure that it was the right next step. We created the business plan, carefully evaluated the market and most importantly we chose the right people. We believe that great businesses are built with great people. Part of the reasons that we are so successful here is because we really have a culture of productivity and team work. We have people who are hungry to learn and grow and to be part of something bigger.
